„Threshold of Dream […] makes free use of the first and fifth mode, and is conceived by interweaving the three songs and one prose fragment from surrealistic poetry by Marko Ristić […]. The symbolic quality of these verses leads toward an eternal feeling of transience, raising the question of the meaning and dissolution of life and its ultimative sense. The weight and, at the same time, the beauty of these feelings epitomizes the entire human creativity, which brings to the memory the lines by Laza Kostić about the insurmountable boundary which ‚splits the Universe in two‘“.
