The centerpiece of this choral seminar is Erna Woll’s song cycle “Wohin ich immer reise, ich fahr nach Nirgendland” (Wherever I travel, I go to nowhere), in which the composer has set poems by the Jewish poet Mascha Kaleko about flight and expulsion.
