Regine Brunke used a text by Rose Auslander „While I get breath“. One is hearing breath, farewell, fear of strangers. For the performance one requires two flat stones. „Aufbruch“ is well suited in classical chamber music programs, but especially for events
dealing with the commemoration of the Holocaust, reconciliation and peace building between peoples and religions (eg. As commemorations, openings, lectures, worship, meetings).
