“Positive” is a commissioned work of art created by Dorothy Williams, composer, and Deborah Keenan, poet. The goal for this commission was for a work of art that focused on women living, not dying, with HIV/AIDS.
Dorothy Williams is an established composer; this is Deborah Keenan’s third commissioned work. This is the first work of art created by these artists working as a duo; they have discussed the idea of future projects.
