Description
In 2001 I was in Höfgen near Leipzig with a scholarship from the Margarethen Foundation (Berlin). There I met the poet Dagmar Schumann, also a scholarship holder. She gave me some of her poems and suggested that I set them to music. I liked her poems very much. That’s how these two works came about. The first performances were on 15. 6. 2001 in Frankfurt/Main.
